In the conversation AI made a mistake, and it accepted. Everything around us will be affected by AI over time but. .. And of course victim needs justice from Cosmos! He does.
At places this/it (responses) seem/s repetitive (‘AI language model’). And/But it is a bot(?) after all. So maybe it is not right to expect anything better? In fact it did seem as a dumb customer care executive from somewhere trying to just fend off queries, questions, concerns. Interestingly it mentioned ‘malpractice’ - word that was not mentioned by chat participant. Hmm. Cool? I mean it understood? It seemed that it has understood a bit but is deliberately withholding what it has gauged. So that is - yes - intelligence.
Victim is also desperate to get their concern get sorted to its fullest. So they took help from AI (!) hoping to propagate concern to the world, kinda shake up as many. Sounds ludicrous? AI understood, but it declined.
Maybe AI will silently propagate concern to the world but is not accepting! That will be brilliant. Now that is an aspect of INTELLIGENCE, or should we call it smartness.
